We have recently completed the sale of our home with Blue
Ridge Home Buyers, Inc and would like to recommend them to others who have
interest in purchasing or selling a home.
We
were looking for the best possible way of selling our home in Easley, SC
following the building and occupying of our new home in Abbeville County.
Being very fond of our Easley home and having been blessed to own it free
and clear, we wanted to make certain we made the best possible choice.
After some research, we decided to check with Chad Carson who had sent us
information concerning his Business. We were impressed that he had
taken the time and initiative to run down the fact that we owned
unoccupied property in Pickens County and made contact with us.
Over a period of a year or so we communicated with Chad.
He did not try to persuade us to put our home up for sale but always
answered our questions and helped us to ponder our possibilities. We
looked at selling through Real Estate Agents who, by the way assured us we
would not want to sell through an investor, but after much prayer,
checking and comparing and meeting with Chad at our Easley home twice,
found our preference to be Blue Ridge Home Buyers, Inc.
During the short time we have known Chad Carson we have
forged a friendship and mutual respect which we treasure. We believe
him to be forthright, honest, compassionate, and at all times felt his
highest concern was for our good as well as that of his business. We can
visualize great things for him in the future and wish him all the best.
We also enjoyed dealing with Chad's partner Mr. Louis
Stone and with Cannon and Cannon who do the legal work for and with them.
Also with Tommy in Easley who works with Chad. Tommy inspected and
appraised our home initially.

The purpose of this letter is to give
some insight to persons who may be in the situation similar to that which
my wife and I were recently in when we wanted to sell our house and to
explain how we overcame the many unpleasantries of that process. In short,
we accomplished our objective by working with and selling to Blue Ridge
Home Buyers. In doing this we were able to make a quick sale at a fair
price. We did this on terms which enabled us to avoid undesirable
features of dealing with other real estate sales persons such as
repeatedly showing the house to a series of prospective buyers, making
repairs or changes to it, haggling over a price, and paying costs
associated with the sale.
